We have 25 individual properties, spread over three self-contained sites, set in attractive gardens and within an easy bus ride of local amenities and the historic seaside town of Weymouth.
Each resident's home has two bedrooms, a kitchen, shower room, sitting room and small sun room. There is a private patio area at the back of each property, facing onto maintained communal gardens.
There is street lighting on each of the estates.
Parking is available on two of the three estates.

Residents have no rent or council tax to pay. Background heating, gardening, internal and external maintenance and repairs are also provided free-of-charge.
Residents may live as they wish and have friends to stay for short periods. Contents insurance, telephone, electricity, TV licence and the repair of personal domestic equipment and furnishings is the responsibility of the resident.
The estates are overseen by our management team. Any repair or maintenance work is carried out by our trusted local workmen. You can find out more about the team here.
Due to practical constraints, our residents cannot have pet cats or dogs. However, they have found that they often get to watch visiting deer, squirrels and pheasants, with nocturnal visits from badgers, too.
